I have this and another Cost Plus Nutrition made spray ( can't recall which). , but I've noticed when using this that on a day when everyone at work may be suffering with allergies ... I feel fine. I lived in S.A. 18 yrs before finally😒 developing seasonal allergies, and I now empathize with people, but I wanted to try something impactful other than taking the usual pill antihistamines.
I also have a weakened immune system system, so I believe this has made a difference in cold season when I use it in daily routine.
Bottle lasts a very long time.
It’s a joy and the only thing I’ve found in over 80 years that keeps my mouth healthy. The dentist has stopped suggesting I have gum disease. Doesn’t get any better than that. Add some to the water pic when I use that or just squirt a couple of sprays from the bottle onto the brush for regular brushing.
This is an instant result product and it smells clean and wonderful.

Works for cedar/juniper pollen when nothing else will. Start early in the season and couple with Zyrtec at night when pollen is extra high. You won’t be miserable. Cedar pollen can be brutal!
Love this protein powder! My 17 yr old son loves it, as well. For the amount of nutrition, the awesome flavor, and the price, it really is the best value. I mix with coconut milk and blend or freeze for a delicious treat.

Ooooh, I ought to try the Vanilla flavor with my coffee. I normally use the chocolate with no creamer, but the Vanilla would be an excellent options as well!
