Cordyceps Mushroom is a mushroom that grows throughout humid climates in Asia as well as the eastern coast of the United States. Its ability to reduce stress and fatigue while also naturally supporting energy levels is why it has been used in Asian medicine for more than 4000 years. The rich antioxidants that the mushroom contains, as well as a variety of immune system boosting polysaccharides, make Cordyceps a fantastic option for supplementation.

Reishi
